We're a Technology Services 4 (TS4) supplier
We're named a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) newly launched Technology Services 4 (TS4) framework.
TS4 is the successor to the highly successful Technology Services 3 (TS3) framework and is CCS’s primary route to market for technology services. It’s valued at an estimated £16 billion over its 8 year life span - reflecting the scale and ambition of digital and technology change across government and the wider public sector.
The framework gives public sector organisations a clear, trusted and flexible way to work with us. Our services are available through:
- Lot 3a: End User Services
- Lot 5a: Application and Data Management
Through these lots, delivery teams can access evidence-based assurance and practical support to help reduce risk, meet standards, and deliver digital services people can trust. TS4 is open to a wide range of public sector organisations, including central government, devolved administrations, local authorities, health, education, charities, and blue light services.
The TS4 framework is one of the many ways to procure our services.
Supporting carbon reduction
Sustainability is built into the TS4 framework. All suppliers have committed to comply with Procurement Policy Note 006, which requires buyers to take account of Carbon Reduction Plans when procuring major government contracts. This ensures that organisations consider the environmental impact of their technology and digital services, helping the public sector reduce its carbon footprint.
This aligns closely with our B Corp values. We’re committed to minimising our environmental impact and supporting our clients to do the same. Being part of TS4 allows us to deliver digital and technology services in a way that meets high sustainability standards, while still focusing on practical, reliable outcomes for users.
Our path to TS4
Our Public Sector team worked with Advice Cloud to secure our place on TS4. We’d previously worked with them when we first applied for G-Cloud in 2017, and their guidance was equally valuable this time. The process was simple, practical, and clear, and we’d happily recommend their support to others navigating framework applications.
